PUPPY FAMILIARISATION
PUPPY GROOM

It's really important that your puppy gets used to being groomed at an early age which is why Edwards Pet Spa offers the puppy familisarisation experience. 

 

The complimentary service allows you to bring your puppy into the salon to get him used to the space, the sounds and smells before you bring him for his first groom. We may perform a brief brush, nail trim and eye area trim, if possible/necessary.

We will complete as much of this process as your puppy is comfortable with.

Some tips for your dog's visit to Edwards Pet Spa:

  • Remember to walk your dog before you bring them in for their groom. This will make accidents less likely to happen and more importantly, will make your pooch more comfortable throughout.

  • Make sure you arrive in ON time to drop off and collect your dog

  • Please make sure you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment to avoid a charge at your next groom
